Good Soul Fellas Capital is a rolling angel fund scheme for angel investors who want tosystematically build a portfolio of early stage technology startups over a 12-18 month period.Investments are sourced, undergo diligence and are managed by GSF, which has beeninvesting at the seed stage in Indian founders since 2012.

GSF is an early stage venture capital firm that has been writing the first cheque to founders since 2012. It was one of the first early stage firms to be established in the country and India’s first accelerator program which continues to run today. Good Soul Fellas Capital invest in 10-12 startups over a period of 12-18 months. Once your initial investment (“commitment”) is utilized, you will have the option to continue investing.

GSF has been investment since the origins of India’s startup ecosystem in 2012, and in that time has built a rich source of proprietary deal flow, through its existing network of over 300 founders and a deep network of ecosystem founders, angel investors and venture capital funds. We also run India’s largest accelerator program which attracts thousands of startup applicants, twice a year. The GSF brand helps us attract high quality founders on a daily basis. Our deal flow is almost entirely inbound.

Good Soul Fellas Capital will remain focused on providing the first cheque to founders at reasonable valuations, across technology sectors, from consumer facing tech businesses to SaaS, DeepTech and FinTech startups. Consumer brands (D2C) is not a focus area.

A minimum commitment of INR 30 lakhs is required to the angel fund, which will be invested across 10-12 startups over the drawdown period, after management fees.

Investments are routed through Real Time Angel Fund, a SEBI regulated Category I AIF Angel Fund.

SEBI requires that individual investors have net tangible assets of at least INR 2 crores excluding value of their principal residence, and who have early stage investment experience, or experience as a serial entrepreneur, or are senior management professional with at least ten years of experience.
Body corporates with a net worth of at least INR 10 crores can also invest.

Yes you can. Good Soul Fellas Capital already has non-India domiciled and non-Indian passport holders as investors. Investors must meet KYC criteria snd the investment criteria outlined above.
